Being a catholic all my life I knew a lot that was in this book but was a good reminder of prayers I have forgot about. Really good for those that
have never had a prayer life and not sure how to have one. Haven't finish reading it all but very excited too. I always find something new and encouraging in each chapter that straightens my prayer life.
